The CyberClass client software allows you to get the most out of your CyberClass account, and while you can log into your account using a web browser (say, to check your email while you're away from your regular computer), you won't have near the same speed, reliability, or feature set that you do with CyberClass client software. We recommend downloading the installer in one part if your Internet connection is fast enough. If you get repeatedly disconnected before the download is complete, there may be a time limit on your ISP connection (which only your ISP can remedy). Read the instructions for your computer (below), --> Download the installer in its entirety to your computer, disable any anti-virus software while you install (reenable it afterwards), and then run the installer from your computer. Do not run the installer over the Internet.

If you experience problems downloading the CyberClass Client you can pick up a CD-ROM from the IT Helpdesk for only $1.00, which contains the CyberClass Client.
